People come in with their family, sometimes grandparents with their grandchildren, and they say, ‘We have a memory of fifty years back, when we had that frosted mug of root beer.’ I’ve opened about 15 other businesses, but I’ve never had an experience like owning an A&W where families come in because of those memories.”
